I came away at the end of the course feeling like I had learnt a lot. I especially enjoyed learning about the early stages of coffee production as well as the more technical process of making a perfect latte. I would recommend this course to anyone as it covers so much vital information within the Hospitality Industry and really broadened my skills and knowledge.
